The Pasadena ISD Education Foundation hosted its annual Shining Stars Gala on May 25 in honor of the top 10 academically ranked seniors from each of Pasadena ISD’s six high schools. Pasadena Memorial High School seniors Alondra Cruz and Helen Vo, along with Dobie high school senior Valeria Lomas were recently honored as recipients of $1,500 student trainer scholarships from Houston Methodist St. Johns Hospital.
