Students who enter high school in Fall 2014 and thereafter are subject to new state legislative graduation plans. The new Foundation High School Program (FHSP) with Endorsements are set forth in House Bill 5 and explained in these presentations:

The Texas State Board of Education is currently developing rules related to HB 5 requirements. Presentations and information here will be updated as new information is made public.
Students who entered high school prior to Fall 2014 will graduate on the Recommended High School Program (RHSP) with the exception a few who will graduate on the Minimum High School Program (MHSP) and those who earn the Distinguished Achievement Program (DAP).
