Pasadena ISD is gearing up for its first-ever Community “U” Academy – a three-part educational program that will offer parents and community stakeholders an inside look at the school district.
The workshop series will raise awareness about various topics that impact students, campuses and the school district. These include: curriculum and instruction, state accountability testing, fine arts and athletics, Early College High School, personalized learning, security and safety and career and technical education.
The goal of Community U is to increase knowledge about Pasadena ISD, while building a collaborative relationship with the school district.
The academy will conclude with a graduation dinner, where participants will receive a certificate of completion.
