The Assessment Department appreciates all of the valuable input received from campuses in the creation of this document. We are especially grateful for Fisher Elementary, Park View Intermediate, Pasadena High School, and the Tegeler Career Center for the significant time and effort they willingly contributed. 

For the 2012-2013 school year, Intermediate and High School campuses are required to submit a completed Campus Assessment Plan to the Assessment Dept.  Elementaries and Middle Schools are welcome to complete the plan if they choose, but it is not required.
