The Pasadena Independent School District is governed by a seven member Board of Trustees elected at-large to three year terms. Trustees hold a regular meeting generally on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Administration Building Board Room, 1515 Cherrybrook.

Agendas are posted at the Administration Building 72 hours before a regular meeting and at least two hours before an emergency meeting.
