Gifted and Talented students conducted a word study the first semester of school.  Each student choose a word to explore then wrote a story using the word and synomyns.  Next, they created a Power Point choosing images to add demention.  The project was designed to help the students to expand their vocabulary and increase their visual literacy.  Students saved their Power Point as Jpegs and uploaded them to Animoto a web 2.0 tool to create a movie.  Check-out the following visual stories!
