Sam Rayburn's Yezenia Gomez was named the girls most valuable diver in District 22-5A. Pasadena High's Darla Kelly was named the boys and girls diving coach of the year in 22-5A. Robert Kelly, the girls swimming coach at Sam Rayburn and Memorial High, was named the district's top girls swimming coach.
