Alexandra Adornetto, the widely acclaimed author children's books, including the newly released "Halo," will appear at Pasadena High School on Oct. 4 to speak to students and autograph copies of her new book.
Adornetto, an 18-year-old from Australia, recently signed with publisher Harper Collins for the final two books in her trilogy. Her appearance at Pasadena High is part of a U.S. publicity tour scheduled to conclude in New York. Her Houston appearance is sponsored by the Blue Willow Bookshop in Houston.
Pasadena High administrators have been asked to limit attendance to those students who have read the book. Adornetto will do a reading from the book during her appearance.
