Members of the Pasadena High choir participated in Texas Music Educators Association Region 19 Solo and Ensemble Contest last Saturday. The following students earned a superior rating: Brenda Aguilar, Linda Caldera, Aracely Colon, Emma Perez, Jennifer Perritt, Amber Perry, Angelica Banda, Crystal Garcia, Orleth Perez, Cheskanee Valdez, Brendan Nichols, Emmanuel Quiroz, Raul Facundo, Ulises Lobos, Kristina Cervantes, Stephanie Murillo and Esther Santos.
  The following students earned an Excellent rating: Samantha Berumen and Ashley Solis. 
  Participants in "Showtime!" also earned a Superior rating. Those students are: Brenda Aguilar, Samantha Berumen, Linda Caldera, Raul Facundo, Ulises Lobos, Brenda Nichols, Emma Perez, Amber Perry, Emmanuel Quiroz and Esther Santos.
