Gardens Elementary celebrated its first Family Art Night on Tuesday (May 17) as third- and fourth-graders created a school museum fashioned after the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, which they recently toured. The museum was a culminating activity to a year-long study of music, culture and art from the Renaissance to the present. Gardens PTA and the school's community partner, Mobile Modular Corporation, sponsored art activities for families to create art together. Event photos follow.
