BUSH ES PHOTOS: Bingo for Books Night a Blast
Thursday, October 6th, 2011

Clif Williams and his sons Beau and Drew are ready to win big at Bingo for Books night on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, Laura Bush Elementary held the annual Bingo for Books event. With over 200 students and families in attendance, school officials marked the event a success. Parents received informational packets about reading techniques, based on their child's grade level.
Parents were also encouraged to sign up for a free LBE library card, so they can regularly visit the library and check out books for their family. To further encourage literacy in the households, Centex Homes donated new books for students to start their own at home library. Event photos follow.
