Frazier Elementary held its second annual campus-wide Autism awareness walk on Monday, April 2. Due to the weather, the walk was moved inside the building, but the rain did little to dampen spirits as students, staff and parents walked in support of this cause. Autism is a social, communicative, and behavioral disorder which shows symptoms in varying degrees. It affects 1 in every 110 children. It is estimated that more children will be diagnosed with autism this year than with childhood cancer, juvenile diabetes or pediatric AIDS combined. Event photos follow.
