Recently, Milstead Middle held its first annual Health Fair with an array of vendor booths and fun activities for students and families. The staff at Milstead would like to thank Krogers, Mi Tienda and Taco Cabana for their support and donations with the event. Event photos follow. 

  Milstead Middle will begin registration for GED/ ESL adult classes Jan. 23 and Jan. 24 from 6-9 p.m. If you are interested or know of someone who could benefit from the classes please come and join us.
  Beginner and Advanced ESL classes will be Monday and Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. GED classes and Intermediate ESL will be Tuesday and Thursday from 6-9 p.m.

Author Tom Angleberger of Origami Yoda and Darth Paper Strikes Back, recently visited Milstead students to speak on the importance of writing. Students were able to preorder their own copy of his books, and get autographs and pictures with the author. Event photo follows.
