Pasadena ISD will have its districtwide Elementary Music Festival from 7-8 p.m., March 11 at Phillips Gym.

Select fourth graders from all 35 elementary schools will perform a variety of music. In addition, there will also be folk and swing dancing.

"This is a longstanding tradition for children to get more musical experience and to showcase our students and curriculum. It's a lot of hard work for the teachers and students, but at the same time, it's great for everyone involved," Pasadena ISD Director of Fine Arts Linda Fletcher said.
