Jeff Neal of 'Team Impact' pumps his lungs into a water bottle until it explodes, much to the amazement of Miller Intermediate eighth-graders.
"Team Impact's" crew of muscular motivational speakers visited Miller Intermediate on Friday to speak with seventh- and eighth-graders about the dangers of drugs and the importance of ridding schools of bullies.
Jeff Neal, a former pro football player, and Trey Talley dazzled the students with feats of strength. Neal bent a metal bar as he held it in his teeth, while Talley snapped a wooden baseball bat over his knee.
Neal graduated from South Houston High School in 1986 after attending Miller. He later earned small-college All-America honors at Howard Payne University.
