  Three of the Pasadena ISD's five high-school marching bands received a Division 1 rating -- the highest possible -- in competition held earlier this month.
  Three schools represents the highest total for the district in seven years.
  Memorial, Dobie and Sam Rayburn all earned Division 1 ratings. Memorial earned the designation for the sixth year in a row.
  Competition was held Oct. 15 at Galena Park ISD Stadium.
