Congratulations to five Pasadena ISD art students for their awards in the Managing Your Money Poster Contest sponsored by the Texas Council on Economic Education. Standout student Catherine Nguyen from Thompson Intermediate was awarded the Best of Show Award and will receive a cash prize.
  The awards ceremony will be held during the plenary session of the UH Bauer School Financial Symposium on Saturday, April 14 at 1 p.m. At the conclusion of the plenary program, Nguyen  will be in Melcher Hall to answer questions about her artwork.
  Additionally, four students from Schneider Middle School placed in the same contest, and their work will be reproduced into a calendar.
