Pasadena Independent School District recently announced its policy for providing free and reduced-price meals for children served under the attached current income eligibility guidelines. Nestled under fifty-year-old trees at a playground at Freeman Elementary, now lies the same iconic artificial turf of the Eighth Wonder of the World.
