Pasadena ISD is joining schools districts across the state, February 27-March 3, in celebrating Texas Public Schools Week, dedicated to supporting and showcasing the many achievements of Texas public school students, teachers and staff members.
Established in 1950 by the Masonic Lodges of Texas, the annual event recognizes contributions made by the state's free system of education. The event has grown over the years and continues to be a meaningful way to show the many educational opportunities given to more than four million students attending Texas public schools.
For campuses that plan to participate in Texas Public Schools Week, please contact the Communication Department by emailing us a description of the activity and accompanying picture to firstname.lastname@example.org . The deadline to submit items is Wednesday, March 1.
Be sure to use #PISDTexasPublicSchoolsWeek throughout the week.
