Eat Smart Fruit and Veggie Challenge
Third 2014-15 Employee Wellness Challenge
The goal of the challenge is to eat five (5) servings of fruits and/or vegetables each day (NOT 5 fruits plus 5 vegetables each day). Individuals who eat five or more servings of fruits and/or vegetables for at least 21 days will have their names put into a drawing for prizes. Campuses and Departments with at least 10 percent participation will also have a chance to win prizes!
