Have you been contemplating an advanced degree in educational management, but didn’t want to hassle the commute to campus? Well, the time to act is now. The University of Houston-Clear Lake School of Education will offer a Pasadena cohort at the Braden Education Center in the Orozco Professional Development Complex starting this fall. Interested students can enroll for a Master of Science in Educational Management with Principal Certification, or for a Master of Science inEducational Management with Principal Certification and Reading Specialist Certification.
Classes will be held on Monday evenings. The majority of courses will be taught in the hybrid model that includes approximately 40 percent online work and the remainder as face-to-face meetings. With the master’s program requirement of 39 semester hours, it is possible for students who start the program this August to complete the degree by fall 2016.
