  • The eSHARS Online Application has Built-In Integrated Support, enabling users to work closely with trainers and managers.
  • All of this is done through the Communication Feature in eSHARS that allows Chat Messages, Service Tickets and Help Instructions to be sent.
  • There is also Person-to-Person Call Support Center available MON-FRI, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
