Pasadena ISD held its annual Houston Rodeo School Art Reception to celebrate student artists and their work. Over 430 K-12 students submitted artwork to be reviewed by a panel of judges.
PISD was awarded 3 - best of show awards and 6 gold medals, as well as 8 special merit awards. 9 of these high school pieces will be auctioned at this year’s Houston Rodeo Art Auction in March. Pasadena ISD art students more than doubled the number of art pieces that made it to auction this school year.
