Approve My Project


If you have completed your project profile and are ready to submit, please complete the following steps.

1. Review Pasadena ISD's District Guidelines
2. Complete the Request Approval form by clicking the link. A preview of the form can be viewed here. The Grants Department will review your submission and provide a response within two business days. 

3. Submit your project to

*Please Note: is now notifying the Grants Department when Pasadena ISD projects are posted to and when projects are fully funded. If your project is fully funded, you will receive further instructions from the Grants Department.
