New Hire

Welcome Pasadena ISD New Hires!

Once you have been offered and accepted a position from a District campus or department administrator, an appointment will be scheduled for you to complete the hiring process.  

You will be required to provide the following items for your employment files:

  • I-9 Employment Verification Documents (i.e., driver’s license or passport, social security card)
  • Official College Transcripts (if certification required) 
  • Professional License (if required)
  • Letter of Acceptance, Statement of Eligibility, and copies of TExES certification content scores (if enrolled in an alternative certification program)
  • Texas Employment Service Record (if certified and experienced) or
  • Verification of Experience(experience outside of education must be received in 90 days of hire)
