New Teacher Welcome Vendor Information


Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2018 Pasadena ISD New Teacher Welcome. Vendors can reserve a table through the online form below. Please RSVP by Friday, July 20, 2018.

If you would like to participate in our event but cannot attend, you can mail your promotional items or giveaways to the following address and we will gladly recognize your company’s partnership:

What date and time will the event be held?

Friday, August 10, 2018 from 2-4 p.m.

Where will the event take place?

Pasadena Memorial High School dining hall located at 4410 Crenshaw, Pasadena, TX

As a vendor, will I be charged for participating this year?

No. We do encourage you to have a door prize and enough giveaway items (e.g. pens, pencils, t-shirts, gift cards, any other classroom items) for up to 600 attendees.

How many teachers are expecting to attend?

500-600

How do I register for the event?

Complete the form on the vendor webpage located here.

What is the deadline to register for this event?

June 15, 2018


Why do you want me to register?

To reserve a table for you at the event. We will also provide two chairs for your team. This also lets us know if you will need access to electricity the day of the event.


Should I bring door prizes?

Yes. Please consider providing a door prize to be given away during the event.


What time do I set up on the day of the event?

You may enter the building to set-up at 12:45 p.m. We ask that you are ready for the first guests by 1:45 p.m.

Do you accept food donations for the event?

Yes. If you are interested in providing snacks (e.g. water, chips and dip, fruit, etc.) for the New Teacher Welcome, please contact Cynthia Gutierrez at 713-740-0248 or cgutierrez@pasadenaisd.org.
