Sergeant Trae Morris has served as a Texas Police Officer since 1994. He received his Basic Peace Officer certification from Houston Community College in 1993. He has served as a K-9 handler and is currently assigned to Patrol as a member of the Emergency Response Team and Bike Patrol. He is a licensed EMT and holds a Master Peace Officer Certification along with a TCOLE Instructor certificate. Trae is also a court expert for Graphology (handwriting analysis) and was selected as 2005-2006 Officer of the Year. He is a member of the Pasadena I.S.D. Police Officers Association and is the 2011 President of TMPA. June 11, 2012, Trae was assigned the position of Detective. On August 5, 2015, Trae was promoted to Sergeant, supervising patrol.

Sergeant Jason Grice has been a Police Officer since 2002 and has proudly served his entire career with the Pasadena ISD Police Department.  Jason currently holds a Master Peace Officer License and is one of the Department Firearms Instructors.  Jason was selected by his peers as Officer of The Year in 2008. During his tenure, Jason has served as an Explosive Ordinance Detection K-9 handler, Emergency Response Team Training Officer, and he was a founding member of the Department Honor Guard.  Jason was also assigned as the Department Detective in May of 2015.  Jason was promoted to the rank of Sergeant on January 4, 2016.

Sergeant Lonnie Smith, II, joined the Department on 02-11-08.  He formerly served as a Dispatcher and Deputy for Precinct 1, Harris County, Texas.  Lonnie served as a K-9 handler with his partners "Brutus" & "Hank". Lonnie is also certified in Basic and Advanced S.W.A.T and an instructor of the department's Emergency Response Team. In 2015 Lonnie Smith was named the department's Officer of the Year. Smith is also a certified A.L.I.C.E instructor and heavily involved with the training of district staff. Lonnie is also assigned to the City of Pasadena' S.W.A.T. team. Lonnie Smith promoted to the rank of Sergeant and currently supervises our patrol officers.  

Officer Israel Torres began working for the P.I.S.D. in 1997 at Pasadena High School as a Campus Monitor.  He received his Basic Certification from the Criminal Justice Center of the University of Houston-Downtown in 2000 and currently holds a Master Peace Officer Certificate. Israel was accepted into the Police Department of the P.I.S.D. in February 2001. Officer Israel Torres was named the Officer of the Year in 2004.

Officer Michael Lenting joined the P.I.S.D. P.D. on 06-16-04.  He received his Basic Peace Officer Certification from Alvin Community College and brings experience from the commercial world. Officer Lenting was named the Officer of the Year for 2013.

Officer Steven H. Devillier joined the P.I.S.D. P.D. on 12-14-04, after serving 28 years with the Pasadena Police Department and retiring as a Sergeant.  He brings a diverse background of knowledge and experience as a Supervisor in several Divisions including Patrol, SWAT, Gang Task Force, Criminal Investigations, and Data Services. Steve is a court certified expert in gang investigations and SWAT tactical operations. He is a TCLEOSE certified instructor, former NRA Firearms Instructor, and holds a Master Peace Officer certification. During his tenure at PPD, he received numerous awards and commendations. He is currently assigned as Administrative Officer with responsibility for maintaining our data and communications systems, planning and research, and inventory.

Officer Mark Mills joined the P.I.S.D. P.D. on 05-16-06. Mark graduated from San Jacinto College Police Academy where he began working for South Houston Police Department. After 6 years with SHPD, Officer Mills came to Pasadena I.S.D. P.D. where he currently is on patrol and instructs Firearms, Intermediate Impact Weapons, and Handcuffing. In 2012 Officer Mark Mills received the Officer of the Year Award. Officer Mills is also part of the department's Honor Guard.

Officer Keri Smith has been accepted as a Peace Officer for our Department.  She joined the Department on January 07, 2009, having previously served as a Dispatcher. Keri has attended Basic and Advanced S.W.A.T. is a state licensed EMT and instructs the department's Emergency Response Team and CPR.

Officer Joseph Scarafile joined the Department on 12-3-09. He brings eight years’ experience from the Deer Park Police Department and served as a United States Army Officer in Armor Division. Joe is a Master Peace Officer and certified TCOLE instructor specializing in Standard Field Sobriety Testing and Drug Recognition. In 2014 Officer Scarafile became a state licensed EMT and currently assists with the training of Intermediate Impact Weapons, Handcuffing, Firearms and the Department's Emergency Response Team. Recently, Joe has been assisting with training the department on evidence collection and submission with the department's Evidence Custodian. Officer Scarafile is also a certified crisis/hostage negotiator and serves on the department's Crisis Negotiations Team. In 2014 Officer Scarafile was named the Officer of the Year. Officer Scarafile is also part of the department's Honor Guard Team.

Officer Ricardo Ontiveros joined the Department on 11-8-10. Ricardo attended the University of Houston's Downtown Police Academy. After completing the academy Officer Ontiveros was sworn to service with the La Marque Police Department where he completed Basic S.W.A.T. training through Texas Tactical Police Officer Association. Ricardo also worked with Galveston Police Department as a patrol officer. Between his service assignments as a police officer, Officer Ontiveros worked in the private sector as a security officer for NASA's Johnson Space Center.  

Officer Kyle Wilson joined the Department on 11-16-10.  He received his Basic Peace Officer certification from University of Houston in October 2010.  He previously served in the Harris County Sheriff’s Department as a detentions officer. Recently Kyle has been certified in the Collection and Preservation of Evidence through HCSO. Officer Wilson is also a member of the department's Honor Guard.

Officer Joe Barrera returned to the Department on 5-18-12.  Joe has more than 15 years’ experience in law enforcement, having previously served 11 years with P.I.S.D.  He is assigned to Patrol. Joe has been assigned to Gang Awareness training, bike patrol and has actively mentored on the high school level. Currently, Officer Barrera serves on Patrol and is a member of the department's Crisis Negotiations Team. Officer Barrera holds an Advanced Peace Officer License and Advanced Certifications in Handwriting Analysis and Forged Documents.

Officer Michael Spray joined the Department on 6-4-12.  Officer Spray is a graduate of Alvin Community College's Police Academy. He brings over 9 years training and experience as a Corrections Officer for Texas Department of Criminal Justice - Institutional Division.  He is currently assigned to Patrol. Officer Michael Spray is also a member of the departments Honor Guard Team.

Officer James "JR" Boggs joined the Department on 1-7-13.  He graduated from the University of Houston Down Town Police Academy is currently assigned to Patrol.  He brings 8 years of service from the United States Army and spent one tour of duty in Iraq with 4 years with the Texas National Guard. Officer Boggs is also an A.L.I.C.E. instructor for the department and tasked with training district staff. Officer Boggs is also assigned to the City of Pasadena' S.W.A.T. team.
                       
Officer John Reddell joined the Department on 5-15-13. He brings 26 years of experience from the Texas Department of Public Safety where he retired as a Sergeant for 19 years. A graduate of the State Police Academy John is also a TCOLE instructor and a Firearms Instructor and holds a Master Peace Officer License.

Officer Moses Rodriguez joined the Department on 8-1-13 and is currently assigned to patrol.  He previously served in the Harris County Sheriff Department for 8 years and with Harris County Constable Precinct 6 for 1 year. In 2016 Officer Moses Rodriguez was named the department's Officer of the Year. Officer Rodriguez is also a member of the department's Honor Guard Team.

Officer John LaLonde joined the Department on 8-19-13. He brings 29 years of experience from the Houston Police Department assigned to both traffic and juvenile divisions. John holds a Master Peace Officers License through the state of Texas.

Officer Shane Wilson joined the Department on 11-18-13.  He graduated from the Houston Community College Police Academy is currently assigned to Patrol. Shane is 
also an A.L.I.C.E. instructor and one of the department's Defensive Tactics instructor with over twenty years in the private sector with photography, martial arts instruction and private security for concert events.

Officer Juan Pedraza joined the Department on 2-24-14 He graduated from the Houston Community College Police Academy and is currently assigned to Patrol and the departments Crisis Negotiations Team.  Juan previously served with the Harris County Constable Precinct 6 Office for 8 years, where he attained the rank of Lieutenant. While at Precinct 6, Juan served as a firearms instructor. Juan has been actively involved in the department's Gang Awareness training for district staff members.

Officer Damon Sonnier joined the Department on 2-25-14.  He graduated from the Houston Community College Police Academy is currently assigned to Patrol.  He previously served 6 months with the Klein I.S.D. Police. Damon is currently assigned to patrol and also involved in teaching Gang Awareness to district staff members. In 2015 Damon became a Crisis/Hostage Negotiator and is assigned to the department's Crisis Negotiations Team. Damon is a member of the department's Honor Guard Team.

Officer Manrique "Manny" Portillo joined the Department in 2015. Officer Portillo attended the University of Houston's Police Academy while working as a Corrections Officer for the Harris County Sheriff's Office. Manny is
 also an A.L.I.C.E. instructor for the department.

Officer Abraham Guajardo joined the Department in 2015. Formerly with P.I.S.D.'s Transportation Department as a mechanic, Abraham is graduate of the University of Houston's Police Academy. Officer Guajardo is currently assigned to patrol. 

Officer Brandy Waterman joined the Department in November 2015. Brandy is a graduate of the University of Houston's Police Academy. Prior to the academy, Brandy was employed by Baytown Police Department where she started a corrections officer and completed her service in Baytown as an Administrative Assistant. 

Officer John Gomez joined the Department in February 2016. John attended the University of Houston's Downtown Police Academy and a former Corrections Officer for the Harris County. While at Harris County John served with the Mental Health Unit and as a detention officer.

Officer Amber Murphy rejoined the Department in March of 2016. Amber began her law enforcement career as a Court Clerk. Graduation from the Harris County Sheriff's Office Police Academy, Amber was sworn as a police officer at Harris County Precinct 1. While at Precinct 1, Amber was assigned to Juveniles Division, Mental Health Division, and Vice. Upon her return to the P.I.S.D. P.D., Officer Murphy has been assigned to Patrol and department's Crisis Negotiations Team. Amber holds a Masters Peace Officer License, a TCOLE Instructor Certification and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the Virginia College. Officer Murphy also acts as the department's Crime Victim's Liaison.

Officer George Lozano joined the Department on August 25, 2016. George comes to the department with 3 years of experience dispatching for Houston Emergency Center, Houston Police Department, and Pasadena ISD Police Department. In 2016 George attended the University of Houston's Downtown Police Academy.

Officer Juan Cruz joined the Department on May 18, 2017. Juan comes to our department after working 3 years of experience in the District's Technical Services department. In 2016 Juan attended the University of Houston's Downtown Police Academy and is a graduate of Sam Rayburn High School Class 2008.

Officer Nate Cano joined the Department on November 15, 2017. Nate graduated from the University of Houston's Downtown Police Academy and played College Baseball for Galveston Junior College "The Whitecaps". 

Officer Dyllon Garcia joined the Department on November 30, 2017. Dyllon graduated from the University of Houston's Downtown Police Academy and served two years with Liberty Police Department. 

Officer Stephanie Aguirre was employed by the PISD PD on 10-07-2013 as a Dispatcher. Stephanie holds a Basic Telecommunicator license and was promoted to Crossing Guard Manager March of 2016 where she supervises 80 staff members and provides relief and assistance to the Dispatchers.Stephanie also acts as Co-Webmaster for the department's website. In April of 2018 Stephanie completed the University of Houston's Downtown Police Academy and took her oath to become a police officer for our department.
