Pasadena ISD celebrates Read Across America and Dr. Seuss Day

Read Across America is in full swing at Pasadena ISD with schools celebrating Dr. Seuss' birthday and the joy of reading all week long.
Celebrations across the district included decorated classrooms, spirit days and special reading times – all with a Dr. Seuss inspired theme.
At Kruse Elementary, administrators and parent volunteers took the celebration to the next level by infusing American spirit into the campus. With hallways and classrooms decorated in Dr. Seuss characters and American themed decorations, students spent the week reading Dr. Seuss classics like “A Fox in Socks” and books about United States history.
