Dobie9, located at the corner of Fuqua and Monroe Blvd., opened its doors to 900 freshmen in the South Belt area recently. PHS Freshman wins Gold in Israel

Maria Prado is not your average 15-year-old. Not only is she a freshman at Pasadena High School, Maria is an accomplished martial artist and a member of the USA Jr. National Team. For families who have experienced more than their fair share of rain due to Hurricane Harvey – 80-degree weather and a little snow at Burnett Elementary’s annual Winterfest this past weekend was a welcome sight.
